About
I am an Advocate High Court practising from G-8 Markaz, Islamabad. My work runs across the commercial life of a business and the ordinary course of a dispute alike — incorporation and compliance, contracts and their breach, recovery and title — together with criminal defence at the investigation and trial stages.
I read law at Gomal University in Dera Ismail Khan, taking my LL.B in 2019, having completed my earlier education at Wensam College in the same city. That background is a genuine connection to Dera Ismail Khan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and instructions from there are welcome alongside the twin-cities practice.
The approach is straightforward: tell the client what the record supports and what it does not. A file that is properly prepared narrows the issues a court has to decide, and spares the client the cost of arguing over a record that should have been in order from the start.
Where I practise
The office is in G-8 Markaz, Islamabad, and Islamabad and Rawalpindi are the day-to-day forum.
Instructions are also accepted from clients in Dera Ismail Khan, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, and an initial consultation can be held by telephone or WhatsApp from anywhere in Pakistan — which is often the quickest way to establish whether there is a matter worth pursuing at all.
Guides
Written for people who have not needed a lawyer before, and who want to understand a process before deciding whether to instruct one.
Pre-arrest bail protects a person against arrest while a case is pending. This explains when it is available, how the application works, and what the court weighs.
What an FIR is, what to do in the first days after one is registered against you, and the early mistakes that are hardest to undo later.
Incorporating a company with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan: choosing a structure, reserving a name, filing, and the obligations that begin at incorporation.
Common questions
It is a category of enrolment under Pakistan's Legal Practitioners and Bar Councils Act 1973. An Advocate High Court is entitled to appear before the High Courts and all courts subordinate to them, in addition to the trial courts.
